John T. Fazio has been in the real estate field for over 25 years. He has helped many clients and families buy their first home, as well as worked with clients and real estate investors looking for second homes and properties along California’s beautiful Central Coast. John lives and works in Paso Robles and has an intimate knowledge of the Central Coast market. John also works closely with the San Luis Obispo planning departments helping to get permits for new construction, and requesting zone changes and/or variances on behalf of our new and existing clients.
